Fly to the Edge of Space

Fly to the Edge of Space

Lets face it, not all of us our Neil Armstrong. The odds of any of us actually making to outer space are, well, astronomic. Sadly, I will never know the joy of weightlessness or what ice cream taste like in outer space.

As with every mortal dream, there is a price tag. For many the dream of seeing the world from Google Earths point of view will remain just that. But for the select few with pockets bigger than their dreams, space is only a three zeros away.

For a mere $16,000 you can soar to the edge of space. So how high is the edge of space you ask? Try 2.5 times the height of Mount Everest. That’s right, 13 miles above the earth. You’ll be able to laugh in the face of the mile high club members. Although I wouldn’t recommend trying to be the first member of the 13 mile high club.

So for more than the cost of my truck one can spend 30 minutes cruising the edge of space in a Mig-25 jet. (Insert Mastercard punch line here)
