Less Extreme Adventures - Getting High

Allright, so the plans to head to Moab this week have been delayed due to the unavailability of work coverage, which leaves me probably spending far too much time with this laptop this week instead.

With colder temperatures already setting in here in New Mexico, I’ve been looking out my window at Wheeler Peak, the tallest in the state here at just over 13,100 feet and thinking that the time is just about perfect to take that vertical walk.

If, like me, you’re in need of a quick one or two day adventure (probably a bit longer for folks in Alaska), I suggest finding your state’s high point here and hitting the trail!
