Adventure Travel Forum Thread for the week of November 27, 2006

Check out this topic currently being discussed on the Adventure Travel forum on BootsnAll:

  • Fultzie has a ton of questions about an admittedly potentially insane idea she has. She’ll be working in Guatemala for a few months next year, and wants to do some bike and/or foot touring while there. Her crazy idea consists of flying “in to Guatemala City a week and a half before I have to be at work, bus to Huehue, and make my way on bike from there to San Mateo Ixtatán,” which is where she’ll be working. Can you help her out?
  • Marisa’s on the hunt for a mountaineering course in the US or Canada, and she’s looking for the serious stuff. Got a suggestion?
  • Like many of us, m0loch would rather not work, and would prefer to find a place to spend some time just “living and skiing,” making the money stretch as far as it can. What’s that old song, “Nice work if you can get it; if you can get it, tell me how!” So, can you tell him how?

thanks for the shameless plug. At least your site could be useful, better than the loan consolidation bots that seem to enjoy posting here.
