Adventure Destination: Harnas Wildlife Foundation, Namibia

Following in the footsteps of Brangelina, you too can get wild in the same African locales as Angelina Jolie. The well-heeled star is listed as a patron of the Harnas Wildlife Foundation in Namibia, a country so overrun with exotic wildlife that Cheetahs are oftens shot as nuisances.  That climate is what led to the transition of the “once normal cattlefarm to a charitable organisation dedicated to save endangered wild animals in Namibia.”

The farm offers opportunities to volunteer and plenty of other ways to experience African wildlife up close in a sustainable and eco-friendly way.
