Cycle Thailand – River of Kings

Cycle Thailand – River of Kings

If you are looking for a great way to see Thailand, but want to keep off the beaten path, you may want to look into a cycling trip. Biking around Thailand is a great way to see the country in a very personal way. By biking around the country you get to divert the crowds and see a side of Thailand that many of your average tourists only see in postcards.

The BootsnAll Exclusive Trip, Cycle Thailand- River of Kings, is a great way to do just that. The trip is seven full days of biking and sightseeing. You will start out Chiang Mai, the capital of North Thailand. Once you hit the trail you will follow the Chao Phraya river valley and continue South cities such as Lampang, Sukhotai, Ayutthaya, and finally arrive in your destination city of Bangkok.

The trip includes all equipment, food, and lodging for the full seven days of travel. Your first half day in Chiang Mai will be spent getting to know your biking buddies and getting fitted for gear and bikes.

While the trip covers a lot of ground, must it is pretty straight forward and requires little in the way of technical expertise. The cycling tour is on a mixture of asphalt roads in decent conditions, a few dirt trails, or packed surfaces. All of which are in very ride able condition.
